Refund & Return Policy

At Be.YOU.tiful Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging.

If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
